If you guys out there are anything like me, you are painfully aware that Valentine’s Day is getting closer by the moment but you still haven’t done a thing about it. Sure, you’ve got a few ideas floating around and I’m sure you’ll get down to making reservations later today, well maybe tomorrow. But guess what, that romantic restaurant you want to go to- already booked. Unless you want to eat at 5:30 and we all know that’s not going to work. There’s no clearer sign of a last minute reservation than a pre-sunset dinner.
It’s the kind of break down in plans could kill your whole night- honestly, “How could you not care enough to have made a prime time reservation two months ago, the days the lines opened?” (ps- that would have been December 14th) But fear not, we are here with the answer to all your problems: a night that’s part hands on cooking class, part romantic dinner, all brilliant.
On Valentine’s Day we will be hosting one of the greatest evenings of food and drink in New York City at The Culinary Loft in SoHo. What’s the culinary loft, you ask? You know that New York apartment you always wanted, the one with the immaculate kitchen big enough to comfortably hold 16 of your closest friends, a swanky downtown address and the coolest relcaimed finishes this side of Restoration Hardware? Well The Culinary Loft is it. So click over and sign up now for an evening of hands on cooking with an elegant, luxurious and romantic menu that is certain to score you major points and keep you out of the doghouse for any perceived lack of, er… planning.
