Yesterday you spent the whole day cleaning, cooking and, well, cleaning again. You’d be happy to not touch the stove again all weekend. But then again those leftovers aren’t going to eat themselves. And unless you plan on taking down the rest of that stuffing like it’s a pint of hagen-daaz (eat it cold, directly from the container from the couch) some cooking will be involved, because you worked too hard making all that food to let a microwave turn it into rubber. Enter, The Ultimate Turkey Melt, aka the greatest leftover turkey sandwich known to man. Enjoy!
