So what do we do do when get out of New York and into the expanses of home in the South?
Run straight for the grill, of course! On our first night home in Pensacola we decided to make the best of what was around- that meant beautiful fresh shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico and a grill in the backyard.
To pull the whole meal together we grabbed some tomatoes from Brooke’s cousin’s garden, perfectly ripe avocados and a bit of lemon (grilled for outrageous flavor) and fresh dill.
Sounds fantastic, huh?
