We have beach on the brain.
We’re also thinking about things like a sizzling hot grill loaded with skewers… and smoky corn salad… and, oh, really good, crisp white wine from Spain. (If you haven’t tried out Martin Codax Albarino until now, Google and buy. Our shrimp & pineapple skewers- and just about any seafood dish- will thank you.)
This morning on The Couch, we broke down grilling and Memorial Day cooking essentials with Lisa, Carolina and John (how are Lisa and Carolina so pregnant and so perky at 8am??) The shrimp & pineapple skewers were devoured in 2.5 seconds and the camera guys bum-rushed the platter of Grilled Corn, Tomato & Avocado Salad w Basil Dressing once the director yelled ‘Cut!’
