Jamie may not be up on the latest trends when it comes to his wardrobe… Brooke just recently convinced him that ‘jams’ don’t translate into evening wear. But when it comes to kitchen trends nothing gets by him. Last week sat down with the amazing folks over at Sous Vide Supreme to talk about the slow cooking revolution and share one of his favorite recipes- Pork Belly with Serrano, Mint and Watermelon Vinaigrette. Don’t worry if you don’t have a sous vide machine- this recipe is just as delicious with oven roasted pork belly or over a simple grilled pork loin.
