“The traditional meal would be corned beef and cabbage. But of course we wanted to do our own fun, boozy spin on it,” I told the foodies over at PEOPLE.
We decided to simmer short ribs in Baileys Irish Cream and, soon enough, a new St. Patty’s Day tradition was born. (And PEOPLE let us join the ranks of their “Celebrity Diner’s Club!”) What’s next? Parker Lee’s stirring the creamed cabbage while I’m stirring up the Baileys cocktails…
