A while back we told you about our preferred way to cook at home: 3-in-1 meals. Our idea is to make a big batch of something one day (like a Sunday, when you’ve got a little extra time) and then transform it over the next couple days. We get a new meal each day and we never utter the dreaded ‘L’ word (“Leftovers”). Turns out, the smart girls over at Woman’s Day thought it was a pretty good idea too.
