Kelsey Banfield, aka the mom and cookbook author behind the genius little website, The Naptime Chef, came to us for  help. Her big burning question–

How do you keep Valentine’s hot at home with the little ones running around?

Anyone less bold (and stubborn?) would throw in the apron, call a sitter and hightail it to one of those overpriced prix fixe Valentine’s dinners. But not Kelsey. She wanted a viable plan to do Valetine’s at home with her hubby and turn out some delicious food (see above picture).

So we came up with a plan–featuring a delicious app and a luxe, gorgeous cocktail–for her night.
