You can bet that we’re saving every cork from our upcoming winery and fancy mushroom trip to Piedmont, Italy. (La Spinetta, anyone?!@)  But I’m the kind of sentimental fool who also wants to save corks from a Girls Night In (that’s a chapter in the book, by the way), from an impromptu Sunday night dinner with friends and from a really good sister lunch that happened to include an amazing bottle of Friuliano. Even though I’m a DIY disaster, I’m going to make an exception for this wine cork board from Wine Enthusiast. Because, like the catalogue says, “Half the fun is in the making!” (The exclamation mark is theirs and mine.)
