Aside from bringing home two healthy newborn babies, seeing the cover of The Flavor Matrix on a billboard in Times Square might have been one of the most “jump-up-and-down” happy moments of our lives! Just south of Hard Rock Cafe and smack dab in the middle of everything, the book loomed large over busy Manhattanites and tourists buzzing around Broadway.
